Director Jean-Jacques Ano, who is shooting a film about the fire in Notre Dame Cathedral, has invited witnesses to the tragedy from around the world to send him their videos, AFP reported, quoted by BTA.
He hopes to get footage of the traffic jams, the people singing at night to encourage firefighters, the reactions abroad to the sight of the cathedral on fire. They can be sent to the site “notredamebrule.com”.
Selected footage can be included in the movie “Notre Dame Burns”, which is scheduled to hit the screens in 2022.
Jean-Jacques Ano is the author of the films “The Lover”, “The Name of the Rose”, “The Bear”. At the age of 77, he began shooting a film about the fire that partially destroyed Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris on April 15, 2019.
